Josh spent Grad School at the University of Delaware supporting the strength and conditioning staff with their
D-1 athletic program.
Throughout the year, Josh travels to educate Tactical Athletes - Firefighters, Police Officers, and Military Personnel - in the areas of Performance Training and Injury Prevention, with O2X Human Performance.
Our Focus and Belief
Proper training and recovery is a key component for any athlete at every level to help improve their performance and decrease their chance of sustaining an injury.
Training needs to be age appropriate, both physically and mentally, following a thorough assessment of physical abilities, deficiencies, and habits. Training must also include recovery, while at the same time educating the individual, the coaches, and
the parents on topics related to proper training and sports medicine.

Our Performance Specialists have worked with all levels of athletes in creating appropriate programs that improve athletic abilities such as speed, jumping, 1st step acceleration, power, and agility, while at the same time assisting athletes in decreasing their chance of injury. We will come to your home or your teams training site, or you can train at our studio.
With years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. We make it convenient for you to accomplish your fitness goals by coming to your home or place of work, or, if you choose, you can train at our studio.
