AthletEdge has trained and rehabilitated athletes of every level for more than 20 years. Founder, Josh Lamont, worked as an Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox, and Anaheim Angels. He had the once-in-a-lifetime fortune of working with the Anaheim Angels in 2002 when they won the World Series. Josh also spent Grad school at the University of Delaware helping to train each of their D-1 athletic teams. He has since trained and cared for thousands of youth athletes all over the country.
Proper training and recovery is a key component for any athlete at every level for improving their performance and decreasing their chance of sustaining an injury.
Training needs to be age and mentally appropriate, following a thorough assessment of physical abilities and deficiencies. Training must also include recovery, while at the same time educating the individual, the coaches, and the parents on topics related to proper training and sports medicine.

Our Performance Specialists have worked with all levels of athletes in creating appropriate programs that improve athletic abilities such as speed, jumping, 1st step acceleration, power, and agility, while at the same time assisting athletes in decreasing their chance of injury. We will come to your home or your teams training site, or you can train at our studio.
